This International Women’s Day, we’re giving a shout-out to our incredible team members: Rochelle, Melissa, Kate, Megan, Liz, Kathy, Lais, and Natasha! These women do it all: analyze data, manage finances and human resources, write reports, and lead evaluations (all with a smile on their faces!). Their hard work, passion for evaluation, and dedication to mentoring other evaluators inspire us every day.
Our passion for advancing women’s equality also extends to our projects. We’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with many organizations working to advance women’s equality, including the Global Compact Network Canada, the Native Women’s Association of Canada, and International Development Research Centre.
Only 16% of Canadian companies are owned by women, and we’re proud to be one of them! Every day, we choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We seek out and celebrate women’s achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world.
