Three tips to host the greatest meeting of all time
If you’re like us, you’re counting down the days until you see your colleagues in-person again. However, there are a few ways to make your virtual meetings more exciting. Here are three suggestions we’ve used at Cathexis!
- Give your staff a budget to buy a meal or snacks. Cupcakes are always welcome!
- Ask everyone to choose a virtual background of a place they’d like to visit. Take time at the beginning of the meeting for everyone to explain their choice.
- Invite an actual goat. No, we’re not joking! Our team recently invited Lola from Cronkshaw Fold Farm to join our team meeting (see below). We were on our best behooviour for the call. It was the most exciting meeting we’ve had a in a long time, and we think Lola learned a few things about evaluation too!
