Evaluation Societies

Canadian Evaluation Society (CES) – The national organization for program evaluation in Canada. This site links to CES Regional Chapters,  evaluation societies in other countries, as well as evaluation resources.

American Evaluation Association (AEA) – The national organization for program evaluation in the United States, with links to resources and a consultant database.

European Evaluation Society (EES) – Promoting theory, practice and utilization of high quality evaluation within European countries.

Australasian Evaluation Society (AES) – The primary Australasian professional organization for people involved in evaluation including evaluation practitioners, managers, teachers and students of evaluation, and other interested individuals.

African Evaluation Association (AfrEA) – It is an umbrella organization for more than 20 national M&E associations and networks in Africa, and a resource for individuals in countries where national bodies do not exist.

The International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS) – Its mission is to advance and extend the practice of development evaluation by refining methods, strengthening capacity and expanding ownership, with a particular focus on developing and transitional economies.

EvalPartners – Discover the International partnership to strengthen Civil society’s Evaluation capacity

The U.K. Evaluation Society (UKES) – A professional membership organisation that exists to promote and improve the theory, practice, understanding and utilisation of evaluation and its contribution to public knowledge.
