Congratulations to our team member Megan McGinnis-Dunphy on receiving her Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation from the Canadian Evaluation Society!
Megan is a baker and so we thought this set of measuring cups and spoons to be a fitting symbol of how she has shown that she “measures up” in the five core practice areas that evaluators must demonstrate competency in:
• Reflective practice
• Situational practice
• Technical practice
• Interpersonal practice
• Management practice
Megan has been with Cathexis for 5 years and has contributed to dozens of projects during her tenure at Cathexis. We’re so proud of the hard work she put into the rigorous CE application process and the years of work getting to the point of qualifying!
