Chris is an experienced evaluator and veteran educator. She has led program evaluations for organizations across several sectors including education, health, immigration/settlement, international development, and social services. She has served as a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society Credentialing Board since becoming one of the first credentialed evaluators in Canada (2010). She holds a PhD in Education and was a core instructor in the postgraduate Research Analyst Program at Georgian College in Barrie from 2000 to 2008. Chris brings a theoretical perspective to the education projects she conducts with Cathexis, such as the longitudinal study of the New Teacher Induction Program 2012-2015 (project done under Christine Frank and Associates). She continues to work with us on a five-year longitudinal project for the Ministry of Education.
