Eric is an experienced evaluator with a Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Evaluation from Arizona State University. His evaluative work has covered a variety of content areas, including teacher preparation, post-secondary degree and micro-credential programs, and the representation of Black, Indigenous, and Latinx graduate students in the physical sciences. His areas of expertise include qualitative analysis and data visualization. Eric has worked with Cathexis on several projects, including the evaluation framework for Employment and Social Development Canada’s Accessible Partnerships Stream Projects and the evaluation of Ontario’s micro-credential strategy.
