Kate has been an integral member of the Cathexis team since 2006 and has contributed to over 100 program evaluations and research projects. She has collaborated with organizations across a broad spectrum, from small community groups to large institutions.
Kate is a skilled project manager who excels at leading complex evaluations. She is manages large-scale, multi-partner projects, provides strong logistical coordination, and supports internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys attempting creative pursuits such as paint‑by‑numbers…often with more creativity than precision….and is actively (and slowly) building her skills in paddle sports.
