Roxana is passionate about helping organizations in health and social sectors tackle urgent global challenges through effective program design, partnership building, and ongoing research and evaluation. She is a Canadian Evaluation Society Credentialed Evaluator with a PhD in Community Health and certificates in statistical modeling, community-based research and project management. She has written and spoken extensively about global health, access to services, youth health, HIV/AIDS, homelessness, and evaluation capacity building. She is a Senior Research Associate at the Centre for Global Child Health at Hospital for Sick Children and the founder of Vitus Consulting.
