A credentialed evaluator, Scott is an experienced consultant in the fields of evaluation, measurement, policy and program analysis and development. Scott launched his career in evaluation in 2011 when he joined Cathexis as a full-time evaluation consultant; after a two-year tenure Scott moved on to explore public-sector roles in Alberta. A trusted associate of Cathexis, Scott has maintained a strong relationship with the team and now enjoys opportunities to collaborate with the firm as an independent consultant. He contributes his toolkit of skills and fun demeanor to any project he is involved in.
